Dr. Kittredge is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician with over 10 years of additional, specialized training in Aesthetic Medicine. In addition to her continued practice in emergency medicine, she has become a regional leader in the field of Medical Aesthetics. Her nonsurgical aesthetics practice, Sterling Aesthetics, was established in 2013, and continues to expand treatment options and wellness services alongside the growing aesthetics industry.

Dr. Kittredge continues to advance her skills, knowledge, and medical practice as an active member of the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics, International Association of Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine, a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, Inc, and a member of the American Medical Spa Association.

In addition to her busy medical practice, Dr. Kittredge is a mother to four fantastic daughters, two Labrador retrievers and a wife to Dr. Thomas Sterling.

Medical Aesthetics Nurse Injector & Laser Technician BSN, RN, CCRN

Born and raised in Rutland County, Vermont, Samantha has a deep love for the outdoors and enjoys spending time with her Saint Bernard, Ahyla. This connection to nature fuels her passion for health, wellness, and aesthetics.

Samantha earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2016 and has dedicated much of her career to caring for critically injured children at Shriners Hospital for Children in Boston, specializing in burn injuries and plastic surgical management. Her extensive experience in skin anatomy and healing, combined with advanced training under renowned Harvard plastic surgeon Dr. Russo, has made her an expert in the field of aesthetics.

Since 2021, Samantha worked at Wellspring Aesthetics Medical Spa just outside of Boston, where she built her knowledge in aesthetic treatments. She recently moved back to Vermont, where she is excited to continue her skincare practice with a personalized touch.

With a strong foundation in both medical care and aesthetic treatments, Samantha is passionate about helping her clients achieve radiant, healthy skin. She takes a personalized approach to each client’s needs, ensuring their unique beauty goals are met. Samantha is dedicated to empowering you to glow inside and out, and she looks forward to helping you on your skincare journey!

Medical Aesthetics Nurse Injector & Laser Technician

Alexandra Chaffin, RN, BSN, CEN is a Vermont native and has been a nurse since 2010. With the majority of her career in Emergency Medicine she is calm, cool, and collected! Her career pivoted in February while receiving a consultation with Dr. Kittredge whom she had worked with in the Emergency Department and the rest is history! She received her training through the National Laser Institute and has been working at Sterling Aesthetics alongside Dr. Kittredge since April of 2023. She loves making people feel great in their own skin and her position at the MedSpa allows her to do just that!
